It was confirmed today - my dad has myasthenia gravis, which is the same thing Michael has. They're both Class I - located in the eyes only. It's possible that if they go off their meds that it'll spread across the body, but properly treated, they should only show signs in their eyes. Yesterday we went to the zoo. For 2.5-3 hours! So much walking. The people were the most active animals at the zoo though - most everyone else was napping.

This is what Michael saw on his way into the driveway today, coming home from work.

I never did post about my trip to San Francisco. It came about as the result of M stumbling across an amazing airfare through Virgin America. I've only been meaning to go to SF for about 15 years or so. I haven't been since I was... eight, I think. Sadly, this trip didn't include any real sight-seeing.
